"My insurance policies were all recently switched to Josh Hemphill's agency, from another SF agent. I met with Bradley James in the Farragut office, who answered all my questions and reviewed my policies with helpful suggestions. I have not received this level of stellar customer service in my MANY years with State Farm. Bradley is proactive in informing me of changes and always prompt to respond to an email or phone call. "The Josh Hemphill Agency is the most unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with in MY LIFE. They haven't answered my phone calls except for one time in the last 5 weeks. I've tried to get in touch with them to get insurance rates on a few new vehicles recently and the phone just rings and rings - no answer or call back.. They have caller ID so they know I'm calling. What if I had an emergency and needed their help? JUST AWFUL"

Our office was closed for Christmas Eve through the day after along with New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. My office manager tried you on 1/8/26 to connect and again on 1/15/26. "Beware of the reviews. I recently received a happy Thanksgiving card and a notice that they were canceling my home insurance on the same day. Dropped ball on escrow the year before. The I dont knows and good luck with that's are free with your policy . Thank goodness there still are some companies that work with you not against you. Will be covered exactly the same for a little less. Shop around you won't regret it. Please dont send form letter reply just care a little more about people. Will make it a point to warn anybody i can about state farm. Especially locally"

I was able to go back and get a full analysis on this from State Farm and unfortunately the home non-renewal was due to some pending items that State Farm had asked for to be done at the home to prevent a potential loss. Due to those items still pending, the non-renewal was processed. Please know that our agency has no control around that. "This has been the most frustrating insurance office to work with. Rarely will someone call you back, our claim was filed improperly by the office and this resulted in a huge hassle, the insurance price changes constantly and without proper notification, and the staff have been rude. The staff have also given us incorrect information about audits and money owed. Very disappointing."
